Service Deposits and Payments
We require a deposit for scheduled landscaping services. Deposits are non-refundable once work has been scheduled and our team has been assigned to your project. This deposit secures your appointment time and covers our planning and preparation costs.
Cancellations
- More than 48 hours before service: Full refund of any payments made, minus the initial deposit
- 24-48 hours before service: 50% refund of payments made, minus the initial deposit
- Less than 24 hours before service: No refund available
Service Satisfaction
We stand behind the quality of our irrigation services, pressure washing, and landscaping maintenance work. If you're not satisfied with our completed work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will:
- Schedule a complimentary follow-up visit to address any concerns
- Make necessary corrections at no additional charge
- In rare cases where we cannot resolve the issue, provide a partial refund based on the specific circumstances
Weather-Related Delays
If we need to reschedule due to weather conditions, your payment will be applied to the rescheduled date with no penalty or loss of deposit.
Damaged Property
If our team causes damage to your property during service, we will repair or compensate you for the damage at no cost to you. Please report any damage within 24 hours of service completion.
