Atom Landscaping LLC Warranty Policy

At Atom Landscaping LLC, we stand behind the quality of our work and materials. We are committed to delivering professional landscaping services that meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Landscape Installation Warranty

Plant Material Warranty

We guarantee all trees, shrubs, and plants installed by Atom Landscaping LLC for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation, subject to the following conditions:

  • Plants are guaranteed to be healthy and free from disease at the time of installation
  • Warranty covers plant failure due to defects in the plant material or improper installation
  • Warranty does not cover damage from extreme weather events, drought, flooding, vandalism, or neglect
  • Customer must follow all provided care instructions and maintain adequate watering schedules
  • Warranty is void if plants are moved, transplanted, or altered by anyone other than Atom Landscaping LLC
  • Replacement plants are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period only

Hardscape Installation Warranty

We warrant hardscape installations including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other constructed features for a period of two (2) years from the date of completion:

  • Warranty covers defects in workmanship and structural integrity
  • Warranty does not cover normal settling, minor cracking, or color fading due to weathering
  • Warranty does not cover damage from improper use, vehicle traffic on non-designed surfaces, or modifications by others
  • Warranty does not cover damage from freeze-thaw cycles, soil movement, or acts of nature
  • Customer must maintain proper drainage and follow care recommendations

Irrigation System Warranty

Irrigation systems installed by Atom Landscaping LLC are warranted for one (1) year from installation:

  • Warranty covers defects in installation workmanship and system functionality
  • Manufacturer warranties on equipment and components are passed through to the customer
  • Warranty does not cover damage from freezing, vandalism, lawn equipment, or modifications by others
  • Customer is responsible for proper winterization and seasonal maintenance
  • Regular maintenance and inspections are recommended to maintain optimal performance

Service Work Warranty

All maintenance, pressure washing, and general service work is guaranteed for thirty (30) days from the date of service. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within this period and we will address any concerns.

Warranty Claims Process

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Atom Landscaping LLC as soon as you notice an issue
  2. Provide details about the problem and photos if possible
  3. Allow our team to inspect the issue and determine the cause
  4. We will repair or replace warranted items at our discretion

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by acts of nature, including but not limited to storms, flooding, drought, extreme temperatures, or pest infestations
  • Damage caused by improper maintenance, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions
  • Damage caused by third parties, including vandalism, vehicle damage, or work performed by others
  • Normal wear and tear, weathering, or natural color changes
  • Plants or materials not installed by Atom Landscaping LLC
  • Issues arising from changes to drainage, grading, or irrigation not performed by us

Limitation of Liability

Atom Landscaping LLC's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective materials or workmanship. We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state.
